A citizen who owns a number of shops said that she consulted with a lawyer about hiring a person to run the shops, and he directed her to an Arab woman who owns a real estate office.
The citizen authorized this woman after the lawyer wrote the contract between them stating that the Arab woman would run these shops.
The citizen pointed out that during the period of the Corona pandemic and its repercussions, the debts owed by the shops accumulated, as the Arab woman informed the citizen of the need to pay the due amount in an urgent manner, otherwise the shops will be completely closed within 24 hours.
When the female citizen arranged the required amount, it turned out that the director had not paid the fees, and when communicating with her, she was procrastinating, and then she banned the female citizen from the list of contacts and all her relatives who communicate with her.
The woman mentioned that Al-Arabiya gave her a check for the amount due, but when she went to the bank, it became clear that the check was without balance, which prompted her to go to the police and submit reports until the case was transferred to the Public Prosecution Office.
She indicated that the amount she paid to Al-Arabiya had been borrowed from some close associates and is estimated at 3541 dinars, but to this day she cannot pay it because of what she went through, appealing to the concerned authorities to cooperate with her, as she heard from some that Al-Arabiya has left the homeland and no one knows its whereabouts.
