In turn, the worker went to them and pushed them, so they attacked his body as well. He was beaten on the head, causing swelling in his head and scratches on his fingers. This resistance led to people fleeing the scene of the incident using the same car in which they arrived, so the victim filed a report of the incident.
The Public Prosecution began investigating the incident, and was able to find the people who attacked the victims and interrogate them. They admitted that they were in the house of the first attacker on the day of the incident, and that they were drinking alcoholic beverages, and they intended to steal by driving around several areas, and when they arrived in the area where the incident occurred During the incident, they saw an Asian man walking in the street, so they went to him with the aim of stealing the phone that was in his hand.
The Supreme Criminal Court of Appeal set a hearing for next November 12. To consider the appeal filed by the assailants against their one-year imprisonment and a fine of 100 dinars for the accusation attributed to them.
