Senegalese striker Alio Badji, the Al-Ahly player, is close to leaving the Red Castle during the current summer transfer period, after he left the coaching staff of the Red Team in the new season.
Badji received several offers from Egyptian clubs to obtain his services during the new season, after South African coach Pitso Mosimane recommended the team’s loan to the player and asked to hire a new striker to support the red team’s attack.
For his part, the journalist Mohamed Farouk confirmed that Senegalese Alio Badji refuses to play in the Egyptian League if he leaves the Red Castle.
He stressed that Badji adheres to the experience of European professionalism next season if he leaves Al-Ahly, indicating that Musimani asked the Al-Ahly Planning Committee to loan the Senegalese player in the Egyptian League to judge his level before resolving his position on using him again in the future.
“Farouk” explained that Badji finally refuses to play in a club other than Al-Ahly in Egypt, and requested that his departure be from the Red Castle to professionalize in Europe or to play in one of the Gulf leagues.
