German Matthias Yaisle, coach of Al-Ahly’s first football team, insisted on holding a final test match, tomorrow, within the external camp in Austria, as private sources revealed to Al-Riyadiah.
The same sources stated that the club’s management reached an agreement with the German Mainz team to hold the test match, as the team’s technician did not stand in only one match against the Qatari North, yesterday.
The sources revealed that Al-Ahly decided to leave immediately after the meeting, to Jeddah, after the end of the external camp.
For his part, the German Yasle allowed Muhammad Al-Rubaie, the team’s goalkeeper, to leave the camp yesterday and return to Saudi Arabia for his wedding, provided that he joins group training after the team returns to Jeddah.
The coach gave the players a break from the evening training session, and allowed them a free tour.
Yasleh was satisfied with one training session in the morning, which included recovery and fitness exercises, and maneuvering in the middle of the field.
