The Board of Directors of Al-Ahly Club, headed by Mahmoud Al-Khatib, invited members who have the right to attend, to the ordinary meeting of the assembly, next November.
Next November the Ordinary General Assembly will be held, during Thursday and Friday, respectively 28 and 29.
At the top of the General Assembly’s work is the election of the post of Vice President for the remaining term of the Board of Directors for the 2021/2025 session.
Nomination applications will be open from Sunday, October 27, for seven consecutive days, until Saturday, November 2.
The official website of Al-Ahly Club revealed the details of the General Assembly, which will be held at the island’s headquarters, which are as follows:
1- Approval of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting, with the permission of the General Assembly, on 11/27/2023.
2- Considering the report of the Board of Directors on its work for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 for the period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, the activity program and the work plan for the new fiscal year, and the auditor’s report.
3- Approval of the budget and final accounts for the fiscal year ending 6/30/2024 and the proposed draft budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025.
4- Election of the position of Vice-President for the remaining term of the Board of Directors for the 2021/2025 session.
The door to receive nomination requests will be open starting tomorrow for seven consecutive days, until next Saturday, from nine in the morning to five in the evening, for eight hours a day, except the last day, when requests extend to seven in the morning. the evening
– Nomination applications supported by documents will be submitted in the name of the Executive Director, attaching a full copy of all the documents, and it is sufficient to review their original documents, to a committee that was established to receive and which has a central office in the administration of the club on the island, according to the nomination conditions announced by the club and according to the by-laws of the club.
5- Appointing the auditor and determining his salary.
6- Approval of the report of the Board of Directors on the salaries and awards of the Executive Director and the Financial Director.
7- Considering the proposals submitted by the members starting from the date of the invitation for a period of ten days.
8- Consideration of proposals related to legal issues according to what was approved by the rules.
9- The General Assembly approved the decisions of the Board of Directors approved by the administrative authority in relation to the registration fee for main membership to be postponed until 10/30/2024.
10- Agreement to postpone the increase in the value of new membership at the main offices of the club from 10/31/2024 to 6/30/2025.
11- Approving the determination of the value of the registration fee for new memberships, and determining the numbers to be accepted at the head office and the two branches of the club in Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo, as 7/ 1/2025.
12- Approval of an increase in the annual membership value for the main membership at the club’s headquarters and all its branches, starting from the fiscal year 2025/2026 and starting from 1/7/2025, by 15%, according to unified financial rules for sports clubs.
13- Approval to change some aspects of the financial regulations.
The time for registering the presence of members and voting at the meeting of the General Assembly starts from nine in the morning to seven in the evening, and the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee can extend it to nine in the evening if the situation there is a selection process. need that.

The first meeting will start on Thursday, 11/28/2024, at nine o’clock in the morning with the signing of the lists until seven o’clock in the afternoon They have the right to attend the General Assembly.

– Fifteen days before the date set for the meeting is the last date at which members pay the annual subscription and be placed on the lists of the General Assembly.
– Members who have the right to attend the General Assembly and who have been active members for at least one year to hold the date specified for the General Assembly.
Voting is done in person, and a member may not delegate someone else to attend the General Assembly.
Members cannot fail to attend the meeting of the General Assembly, and the violator is obliged to pay an amount equal to 50% of the annual membership fee to the member who violates according to Article ( 32) of the rules.
