Al-Ahly and Zamalek teams will arrive in Fujairah tomorrow, Thursday, to participate in the Egyptian Handball Super Cup match, which is organized by the UAE Football Association the day after tomorrow, Saturday, in the Zayed Sports Complex hall in Fujairah. This is the first time that the UAE will host a Super Handball match between the two major clubs. Guests of the event will also arrive from Egyptian Handball Federation and management of the two clubs.
The two teams will conduct their first training tomorrow evening at the Zayed Sports Complex hall, and the technical meeting and press conference for the two teams will be held the day after tomorrow, Friday, before the main training for each of them in the same hall.
The last confrontation between the two teams witnessed Al-Ahly winning by a single goal 25-24 at the end of the first stage of the professional league for the current season.
Nabil Ashour, President of the Handball Federation, had made a quick visit to Cairo, where he met with Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, the Egyptian Minister of Sports, and invited the management of the two clubs to attend the match.

He explained that Emirati handball is experiencing a state of Gulf and Arab interdependence after the holding of the Emirati-Bahraini Super Cup, which has reached its sixth edition, as well as the Emirati-Saudi Super Cup, which will be held in February of next year, and also hosting the Egyptian Super Cup, and the gains in all of these events are multiple.
