Actor Aksel Hennie has given NOK 27.3 million for the property Villa Solfeng in Solveien on Nordstrand in Oslo, reports E24.
The villa was sold by real estate investor Kjell Kristiansen, who has owned a number of highly priced villas in Oslo and has been behind many quick transactions in recent years.
Kristiansen was mentioned in April this year in a DN documentary as “the world’s best bargaining man” and has, according to the equation, only 15,000 kroner in fortune. He had zero kroner in income and 15,000 kroner in wealth in 2019.
Part of a dispute about Frogner housing
Villa Solfeng on Nordstrand was bought by Kristiansen for NOK 15 million in 2016.

The villa has been involved in a dispute about another villa at Frogner in Oslo which was mentioned in the DN documentary earlier this year. Kristiansen has previously sued the owner of a villa at Frogner in Oslo to buy it for NOK 43 million.
The owner believed that a satisfactory financing plan had not been submitted by the deadline of 12 August 2020, but throughout the autumn of last year Kristiansen made repeated attempts to document his financing ability, including the sale of the villa on Nordstrand, which Hennie has now bought. In the property register, Kristiansen’s mother and stepfather are listed as owners of the house in Solveien.
The parties met in court at the end of June, but Kristiansen’s demands did not advance. He must also pay the homeowner NOK 360,000 in legal costs.
The price dropped two million
Villa Solfeng was already put up for sale last year with a price estimate of NOK 29.5 million. Later, the home was for sale with a price estimate of NOK 27.5 million. It is 357 square meters.(Terms)Copyright Dagens Næringsliv AS and / or our suppliers. We want you to share our cases using a link, which leads directly to our pages.
