(1) If any of the following reasons occur for the B club and the affiliated player, the B club will announce the affiliated player to the free negotiation list.

①If the former club does not intend to renew the contract with the player
(2) When contract negotiations between the former club and the player have broken down and it has been determined that the contract will not be renewed.
③ When the contract period of the current contract between the former club and the player has expired

(2) Any club may negotiate and sign contracts with players on the free negotiation player list without notifying the former club.
