AKG Center Attack: Navya granted bail | AKG Center Attack Navy Bail | Manoram online

Thiruvananthapuram – The court granted bail to Navya, the fourth defendant in the AKG Center bombing. Thiruvananthapuram Additional Seventh Session Court is hearing the case.

The court ordered that he be presented before the investigating officer between the 24th and 30th of this month. Kerala should not go away. The passport must be presented in court within seven days. The court also ruled that if the arrest is registered, the bail should be Rs 1 lakh or an equivalent bond.

Opposing the early bail request, Prosecutor Harish Kumar argued that the fourth defendant was the main ring in the attack and was involved in the conspiracy. The defense attorney told the court that no evidence was found to clarify Navya’s role in the case.

The defense also alleged that the scooter that was allegedly used in the attack on the AKG center was not Navya’s. The criminal branch found that Navya handed over the bicycle to Youth Congress leader Jit, who is the prime accused in the AKG center attack case, to reach the AKG center.
