Ajmer firing case: Chaos subsides but fear persists, demands approved, Rs 25,000 reward announced on accused

Ajmer. The ruckus created after firing in Ajmer’s Rupangarh over a land dispute ended this afternoon. But there is still fear among the people of the area. The family members of the youth who were killed in the shooting have agreed to take the body with them after discussions with the police and the administration. To arrest the accused as soon as possible, the police have announced a reward of Rs 25,000 each. The police have arrested two accused.

Mohammad Shafiq, uncle of Ramsar resident Shakeel, who was killed in the firing, said there was a fight between two parties over a land dispute in Rupangarh on Sunday. There was rapid fire here. In that firing, his nephew Shakeel, who was standing there, died after being shot. The administration took no action in this matter. He was sitting on dharna in the morning with his family demanding action against the accused.

The relatives of the deceased agreed to take the dead body with them
Shafiq told that we had asked for financial assistance for the children of the deceased and their maintenance. In this regard, in the presence of ADM City Gajendra Singh and Deputy Superintendent of Police South Rudra Prakash as well as Rupangarh Kotwali and police station in-charge Kishanganj, they have assured that the accused will be sent to arrest as soon as possible. Along with this, the benefits of government schemes will be provided for child maintenance. Satisfied with the talks, the family has expressed consent to complete the post-mortem process and take the body.

Police arrested two accused
Ajmer Range DIG Omprakash said that a reward of Rs 25,000 each has been announced for all the accused in the shooting. Police have arrested two accused in the case. The threads of this case have also emerged as a link to the main accused in the Bhanwar Sinodia murder case. Meanwhile, the name of Balvaram’s family member who is in jail also comes to light. The police are interrogating the accused strictly. The accused had committed a similar incident in Parbatsar in October last year. Police teams are raiding various places to find other accused absconders.

Two others were also injured in the incident
It should be noted that on Sunday afternoon, the land mafia opened fire in Rupangarh over a valuable land dispute. One youth was killed and two others were seriously injured. The accused ran vehicles indiscriminately on the roads and set a JCB on fire. After the incident, there was a sense of panic in the entire area.
