Ajaxtrainer Erik ten Hag can breathe a sigh of relief in the run-up to the duel with FC Midtjylland in the Champions League. Noussair Mazraoui, Davy Klaassen, Zakaria Labyad and Antony can take action on Wednesday evening. The Algemeen Dagblad expects three of them to start.
Ten Hag has already indicated that he probably does not take any risks with Antony. David Neres therefore plays as a right winger while captain Dusan Tadic left winger, it predicts AD. Antony can fill in if necessary, but is on the couch just like Quincy Promes. Lassina Traoré is the striker, with Labyad in his back. As usual, Klaassen forms a duo with Ryan Gravenberch in the center of midfield.
Ajax’s defense has few surprises. Mazraoui was also injured against Heracles Almelo (5-0) on Sunday, but is fit in time. Standing next to him are Perr Schuurs, Daley Blind and Nicolás Tagliafico.
