Ajax also opposes Fortuna Sittard for a big rash, says Ryan Gravenberch. Ajax won 0-13 against VVV-Venlo last week and Gravenberch hopes to come close to such a result against Fortuna, although he thinks that the Limburgers will tackle it differently.
“Fortuna is eighteenth. Last week we achieved a good score and we have to show that this time. Hopefully it will happen”, Gravenberch told Ajax TV. “I think they will do it differently than VVV. But we just have to fold up and win the match, that’s all that matters.”
In the meantime, Gravenberch is also working on his personal goals. “I haven’t scored yet this season. I want to achieve the goals I have and that includes scoring. I also want to score goals against Fortuna.”
Gravenberch has no trouble converting the switch. Ajax also plays in the Champions League. “Last week we played against Liverpool. We turned the switch and showed that it is possible against VVV. That must be the same at Fortuna Sittard.”
