AJ Pritchard’s girlfriend Abbie Quinnen suffered third degree burns after being engulfed in fire when a social media video went wrong, it is claimed.
A flaming bottle of wine is said to have exploded in his face and set his hair and clothes on fire.
Abbie now has bandages on her face, arms and head, according to reports.
She reportedly made 20 hospital visits, needed three skin grafts and worried about her dancing career.
AJ called 999 but when told it would take a while for an ambulance to arrive, he and his brother Curtis took Abbie to the hospital themselves.

Abbie was admitted to intensive care and then transferred to the specialist burns unit at Chelsea and Westminster hospital the next day.
A source told The Sun: “Abbie was shocked and suffered a lot, but AJ took action to put out the fire with a damp cloth.
“He was terrified himself, but he did all he could to keep it from burning. “

AJ would have become his full-time nurse and change his bandages.
The couple are said to have filmed a video of a hack aimed at turning a bottle of wine into a vase.
This involves dipping the rope in a flammable chemical, wrapping it around the bottle, and lighting a flame in it.
But their hack set off a fireball that engulfed Abbie.

The source added, “This tutorial has gone wrong. Abbie’s entire upper body caught fire.
“It all happened very quickly. It was like something out of a horror movie. “

A spokesperson for the couple told The Sun: “Abbie has had upper body surgery and will continue to receive treatment.
“Abbie and AJ cannot thank all the nurses and doctors enough for their incredible care, support and expertise while being at Chelsea and Westminster Burns Unit and Ealing Hospital. “
The Mirror has reached out to representatives for the couple for comment.

They started dating in 2018.
She supported him when he starred in I’m A Celebrity last year.
