AirBaltic has served more than a million passengers in 9 months this year / Article

In the first nine months of 2021, airBaltic exceeded one million passengers, said Martin Gauss, CEO of airBaltic, in an interview with LTV Morning Panorama.

Gauss, on the other hand, declined to predict what the whole year would be like in 2021, because it is not known how the amount of reservations will change in the next three months. Currently, the reservation is active, but not further than eight weeks.

After a temporary layoff, about 150 employees returned to the airline. In total, airBaltic plans to hire 320 pilots and flight crew specialists, who will start working next spring, but the training will start now.

CONTEXT:
