According to the online map, the alarm sounded in Poltava, Kirovograd, Nikolaev regions at 2.38 Moscow time, in Dnepropetrovsk – at 02.43.
The Russian Armed Forces began striking Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10, 2022, two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to the Russian authorities, was behind the Ukrainian special services. Strikes are being carried out against energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country. Since then, air raid alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country. At the same time, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian troops in battles with the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not attack residential buildings and social infrastructure.
