The Air France company has redesigned, improving its entertainment offer on board the flights that it operates in the long distance.
Passengers can now enjoy more than 370 movies in all genres, from the great classics to the latest releases.
The airline Gala has selected titles from the French film industry and has doubled its offer in the ‘world cinema’ category, which includes films from all over the world.
In entertainment options, there are films awarded at the Cannes Film Festival, of which Air France has been an official partner for 43 years.
The new onboard entertainment offering promotes the dissemination of French productions, with a wide selection of cartoons, films, audiobooks and illustrated stories, such as Bayard classics, Il était une fois, and the stories of iconic characters such as Tom Tom et Grandma or Little Brown Bear.
For Eugénie Audebert, commercial director of Air France and KLM for the Andean countries, Central America, Cuba and the Dominican Republic, “the new entertainment offer not only improves the travel experience, but also gives our passengers the opportunity to immerse themselves in French culture from the moment they get on the plane. From a wide selection of movies to wellness programs like yoga and meditation, our goal is to provide each passenger with a completely unique flight experience.’
In this way, all of its long-distance cabins have this new entertainment offer, which can be enjoyed on a large individual high-definition screen.
In the most modern cabins, the screen resolution is 4K, which includes a Bluetooth connection, which allows passengers to use their personal headphones.
Likewise, the company reported that its entire fleet offers Air France Connectthe inflight Wi-Fi service where passengers can choose between three Wi-Fi options, one of which is completely free.
