For new mortgages, Air Bank will offer an annual interest rate of 4.79 percent; for mortgages transferred from another bank, the client can get the rate as low as 4.59 percent. At the same time, the bank will increase the minimum rates on consumer loans in May.
On Tuesday, May 3, 2022, Air Bank increases mortgage interest rates by 0.3 percentage points. The interest rate on new mortgages will start at 4.79 percent. Clients who transfer their mortgages to Air Bank from another bank will be slightly lower, at 4.59 percent per year. The new rates for mortgages apply when the discount on the ability to repay the mortgage is included.
Air Bank provides the same interest rate regardless of the length of the fixation (5, 7 or 10 years). As of April 1, 2022, it also abolished a 0.5 percentage point surcharge on mortgages with an LTV of over 80 percent for clients under the age of 36. These clients, who often start working with lower wages and do not have enough of their own resources, can take out a mortgage with an LTV of up to 90 percent of the value of the property at the same interest rate as a mortgage with an LTV of up to 80 percent.
The bank will also increase the minimum interest rate on loans by half a percentage point from May, and the bonus interest rate will start at 4.4 percent per year (originally 3.9 percent). Clients will get the bonus rate easily, all they have to do is repay the loan on time and properly.
Loans to Zonky will also become more expensive
On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, the minimum interest rate on P2P loans on the Zonka platform will increase by as much as one percentage point. The new lowest rate will start at 3.99 percent per year (originally 2.99 percent).

As of today, Raiffeisenbank accepts Ukrainian hryvnia at all branches with a cash register in the Czech Republic. Solus: The number of people in the spiral of overdue debts is growing
