Air Bank by the end of the year offers overdraft in action. There is no interest on it if you pay it within three months.
This is a better way to get money for free than it offers Credit Cards or deferred payments. For credit cards, the interest-free period is around 45 days; Deferred payments, for example, are sold by Twisto with a deferral of 45 days and by Equa bank for 30 days.
At Air Bank, you can borrow 5 to 50 thousand crowns on an overdraft. If you use the promotion and do not return the entire loaned amount to the bank within three months, the interest will start to accrue 18.9%. The bank only charges from the fourth month, so interest is not paid retrospectively.
If you do not have money to repay after three months, a high interest rate can be avoided by switching to a cheaper one consumer loan. For example, 30,000 can be borrowed from Air Bank with a maturity of less than three years, according to a calculator on the bank’s website with an interest rate of 6.9%.
The bank also attracts new clients to the overdraft facility in the event, who can also access the money remotely via mobile application. They can set up in it account, an overdraft to him, a payment card that the bank can immediately issue in a virtual form, and then they can draw overdrafts by payments via a mobile phone with a pre-loaded virtual card.
Air Bank presented the overdraft in the event to journalists at a traditional annual press conference. The bank from the PPF Group has been on the market since November 2011. It now has almost 850,000 clients, and even with managers, there are over 900,000 people who can use the bank’s services.
Jakub Petřina, head of marketing, pointed out, among other things, during his presentation that the number of people who control the bank’s account via a mobile application continues to grow rapidly. There are now half of all the bank’s clients, and in 2018 the application was used by 35% of customers.
