The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Maxim Marchenko reports that “there are missile hits on energy infrastructure of the region, as well as damage to residential buildings”. According to him, no one was injured. Restrictions on electricity supply have been introduced in the region.
Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov also wrote that “the energy infrastructure is under attack” and that “in several areas of Kharkiv there are problems with the lighting“.
Immediately after this publication was published, the head of the Kharkiv region, Oleg Sinekhubov, provided additional details: 15 strikes affected critical infrastructure, there are also attack on a private residential building in the district.
Ukrainian media reported that sounds characteristic of Iranian Shahed 136 drones were also heard in the Sumy region.
The governor of the southern Odesa region, Maxim Marchenko, also reported strikes in Odessa, saying energy facilities and residential buildings were affected.
Explosions were also reported in the cities of Dnipro, Lutsk and Rivne.
