Fully digital bank Aion implementing the subscription model (just like Netflix) began operating in Belgium in March 2020. This year, it announced its entry into the Polish market. On Wednesday, August 5, Aion Bank officially debuted on the Vistula River.

Bank has prepared three bank account plans for its clients: Light, Smart and All Inclusive. The Light plan is free and offers free ATM withdrawals until the end of June this year. Subsequent plans are payable. The Smart option costs PLN 29.99 per month, and All Inclusive – PLN 49.99 per month. Customers, choosing one of the two paid plans, can count on the first month for free.
Each of the presented plans offers access to a savings account with an interest rate from 1 percent. up to 1.5 percent per year in PLN from 0.5 percent. is 1 percent interest in currency euro. Aion Bank also offers currency exchanges after course interbank and a platform for investing in global markets.

Aion Bank ensures that it will be possible to perform any banking operation with the help of the mobile application. Therefore, the bank advertises itself as fully digital. Opening a bank account or using services takes place via the Internet. As we have noticed, at the moment, an account with Aion Bank can only be opened by individual clients. However, business customers can fill out a form on the website and the bank will contact you once it has prepared an offer for companies.
The founder of Aion Bank is Wojciech Sobieraj, the creator Alior Bank, of which he was president in 2008-2017.
