We have 25 players, girls and boys aged 15–46. We train on Tuesdays at Skytteholm at 18.00–20.00. As a coach in this team you should have:
- Good leadership skills and well-spoken language
- Patience, and understanding for people with different functional variations and disabilities.
- You need to be able to be on site on Tuesdays, as well as be able to participate in our cups. Which is about five Saturdays or Sundays during the period May-August – as well as a three-day one on Gotland at the end of September.
Training takes place outdoors all year round. Our players need everything from help tying their shoes, to a shoulder to lean on – but also someone to tell about their day to. In return, you get genuine joy, love, kindness and a bigger heart. You go home with new experiences every Tuesday. Some football knowledge is also necessary.
