Liepaja will host Outside of the frame, a unique event centered around cinema and life, promising a vibrant dialogue and shared human experience. The featured guest is Aigars Grauba, a distinguished Latvian film director and producer celebrated for his contributions to Latvian cinema over the past three decades.
