Only last Wednesday the star chef Bernhard Reiser from Würzburg opened his new restaurant “Aifach Reisers” in the arcades on the lower market square near the Marienkapelle. But shortly after the grand opening, he had to close the restaurant again. The reason: technical problems. “It depends on a small detail with a big effect,” explains Bernhard Reiser when asked by this editorial team. There are technical problems because the restaurant uses electricity instead of gas.
