The technological advancement that is talked about today is inevitable from the arrival of Generative AI in an age where AI is prospering like this. Many applications and websites can be created without the need for human labor. According to Checkr’s survey [2, 3] The researchers conducted a survey of people in the United States about their concerns that AI will replace human labor. By collecting data from 4 generations, a total of 3,000 people: Baby Boomers (ages 59-77), Gen X (ages 43-58), Millennials (ages 27-42) and Gen Z (ages 18- 26 years old) and received the following study results:
The results of the survey of people of all four generations clearly point in the same direction. People in the United States are worried about the arrival of AI, but at the same time 85% of respondents have also started using AI in their work, with 89% of Millennials using AI to help them in their work. However, Millennials (85%) are also anxious and stressed about learning skills. AI to apply in the workplace as well
Concern about developing AI skills applies to all groups of people. As more and more companies begin to embrace the use of AI in the workplace. Samples from each cohort were also anxious to tell supervisors that AI was being used in their work differently. Overall, all four age groups (69%) were anxious to tell supervisors that AI could be used. The ability to replace human work, with Millennials (76%) and Gen Z (71%) being the group of greatest concern. While Baby Boomers (63%), Gen X (65%) are the least concerned.
