“AI-supported transformation in the public sector” is the motto of the 16th Public Management Impulse, which will take place in the tried and tested manner in person and online on November 26, 2024.
Artificial intelligence has many facets and applications. This makes it all the more important to deal with effective integration in your own organization. Questions relating to organizational, procedural, personnel and legal aspects are analyzed, discussed and questioned for one’s own practice based on selected use cases. The Ministry of Climate Protection provides insight into your experiences, but also the city of Villach and Kremsmünster with their chatbot Kremsi. The impulses are rounded off with the legal questions that arise around AI.
