Last July, Honor launched its new MagicPad 2 tablet in China. Ahead of the global premiere at IFA 2024, the company demonstrated a new feature of the tablet that can become a real learning assistant.

Honor MagicPad 2 has been enhanced with formula recognition using artificial intelligence. Now, you can easily convert handwritten equations into digital texts, which will be very useful for students and teachers. This feature was demonstrated in a video with PatrickJMT, a well-known author of video tutorials on mathematics. The video shows how AI quickly and accurately recognizes complex mathematical formulas.
The tablet will also be unveiled on September 5, 2024 at IFA. It will include other AI features such as voice typing noise reduction, an extended cloud AI model, and voice-to-text conference conversion for multiple participants.
