AHY is finally getting an office, using the former ministry building under Luhut

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —

Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development And Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) eventually he got a ministerial position.

AHY will have an office in a former office building of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Marves). The property is located on Jalan MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta.

“The Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure is expected to be at the Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, Marves, where the former LBP (Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan) was,” said AHY at the Palace of ‘ President in Jakarta, Tuesday (22/10).

AHY admitted that he had just received the information from the Minister of State, Secretary of State Prasetyo Hadi. He will check the place today before he starts in the office.

AHY is also preparing the structure of the new ministry. In addition, he is awaiting a decision regarding the staff of the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development.

“I know that there are representatives with lower structures from the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Coordinating Ministry of the Economy, and so on. So we must first make sure that the -designation, duties and functions still correct?” AHY said.

He said, “Is there someone? Or is it still vacant and must be hired immediately?”

Before that, several Red and White Cabinet ministers did not have offices. This is because there were 14 additional ministries during the time of President Prabowo Subianto.

Apart from AHY, the ministers who have not yet received clarity about their offices are the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait.
