Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) greet each other with the Governor of Central Java (Central Java) Pranowo reward after Friday prayers at Nurul Hidayah Mosque, Jalan Brawijaya XII, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.
In a video that has been circulating and has been confirmed, AHY wears a short black shirt while Ganjar wears a short white shirt with a black cap.
AHY had asked Ganjar about the implementation of the PDIP National Working Meeting (Rakernas) which had just ended the day before, Thursday (23/6).
“Yesterday went smoothly, didn’t you, Rakernas?” AHY said.
“Ya Alhamdulillah. Nge-camp first we are,” replied Ganjar.
Also seen in the video is former Vice President Jusuf Kalla, who had just left the mosque. However, JK did not talk to AHY or Ganjar.
Deputy for the Election Winning Body (Bappilu) Kamhar Lakumani said the meeting took place by chance and unintentionally. According to him, there is no further meeting between the two in the near future.
“I happened to meet after Friday because Friday at the same mosque. In the near future as far as I know,” Kamhar told CNNIndonesia.com.
Ganjar has not yet responded to whether the meeting with AHY after the Friday prayer was intentional or just a coincidence.
AHY has recently begun to visit general chairmen of political parties. Two days earlier he met the General Chairman of the Nasdem Party, Surya Paloh at the Nasdem office, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta.
The eldest son of former president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is also scheduled to meet with the General Chairman of the Gerindra Party Prabowo Subianto at Prabowo’s residence, Kebayoran, South Jakarta.
