Ahok’s Son Nicholas Sean Policed, Alleged Persecution

Son of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok, Nicholas Sean Purnama was reported to police on suspicion persecution.

The Head of the North Penjaringan Police, Kompol Rinaldo Aser confirmed the report against Nicholas Sean on suspicion of mistreatment.

Rinaldo said that his party was still investigating the report. He has not explained in detail regarding the report.

“Until now, the investigation is still in progress. I don’t know who the children (reported) are, I don’t understand,” he said.

Rinaldo revealed that the report against Nicholas Sean was received last Friday (27/8) and is currently being investigated by the police.

In the report, the perpetrator was written in the name of Nicholas Sean Tjahaya Purnama.

The alleged abuse took place on Friday, August 27, 2021, at 23.00 WIB. The location of the incident was at a car showroom in the Pluit area, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

“It’s true that at that time I was in my office in the car showroom, when the perpetrator came to me and discussed my relationship with the perpetrator,” said Ayu Thalia in a brief description of the incident.

“Then the perpetrator told me to go to the perpetrator’s car and I approached the perpetrator who then while chatting in the car the perpetrator was hurt and the perpetrator said he didn’t want to see me again, then the perpetrator pushed me from the car until I fell and I was injured,” he continued.

Ayu Thalia stated that she immediately went to the hospital for treatment. After that, Ayu Thalia reported the incident to the Penjaringan Police. Nicholas Sean Tjahaya Purnama was also charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

“Furthermore, I went to Atmajaya Hospital for treatment and then I reported the incident to the Metro Penjaringan Jakut Police for further investigation,” he wrote.
