The members of the DPS said that the Dobrich DPS no longer has a representative, but there will be one in the next elections he represents Dr. Ahmed Dogan’s certified DPS.

The tension in the DPS was created from the vote of the GERB-SDS draft government by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov on July 3.

On July 10, Ahmed Dogan asked Delyan Peevski to resign and he wrote that there was an attempt at a party coup within the DPS “to use party power for personal and group interests and above all to change the political image of the party”.

The Honorable Chairman five other members were also asked to resign party leadership – Halil Letifov, Stanislav Anastasov, Hamid Hamid, Erten Anisova and Radoslav Revanski.
