Ahmad Sahroni Asks Adam Deni’s Legal Process to Continue

Jakarta

Deputy Chairman of Commission III of the DPR Ahmad Sahroni admitted that he had received an apology Adam Deni related to uploading documents without permission. Even though he has forgiven, Ahmad Sahroni asked for the legal process to continue.

“Humanly Mr. Ahmad Sahroni, I have also spoken, that Mr. Ahmad Sahroni humanly must have forgiven but the legal process will continue,” said Ahmad Sahroni’s attorney, Arman Hanis, when contacted, Tuesday (22/2/2022).

Arman explained his client’s reason for asking for the legal process against Adam Deni to continue. One of them, he said, is the legal process Adam Deni has been handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office.

“Because the legal process has reached P21 or has been delegated to the Prosecutor’s Office,” he said.

Arman said Adam Deni’s actions should be held accountable. He did not see Adam Deni’s actions as a form of error.

“Adam Deni’s actions must be accounted for, because if I read in the media he made a mistake or something, I don’t think it was a mistake. One time someone made a mistake he apologized, maybe it’s like that, but if it’s repeated and the caption is also as if challenging my client, he continues to act against the law, yes he must be held accountable,” he said.

He assessed that Adam Deni had not done anything wrong. According to him, the reason that Adam Deni is still too young is also unacceptable.

“In my opinion, a negligent person is not like that. If you think that he is young, I think he is already competent according to the law, he is more than 18 years old, so this process should be carried out, because the process is very far, please take responsibility in court, that’s the argument,” he said. .
