Ahmad Munasir finally replied to UII’s email, apparently this was the reason for changing routes to the US

tracking against UII lecturer Ahmad Munasir Rafie Pratama (AMRP), which was rumored to be missing, finally came to fruition. UII said that currently they can communicate with Ahmad.

Ahmad was previously reported missing after coming from Oslo, Norway. Then, later his traces were traced to Boston, USA.

“UII is grateful that efforts to trace the whereabouts of the AMRP who lost contact have yielded results. AMRP has replied to the correspondence email sent by UII,” said UII Chancellor Fathul Wahid in a written statement, as reported detikJatengFriday (24/2/2023).

Fathul said that one of the reasons Ahmad changed his flight route to the US was related to his health condition. This is known from the message Ahmad sent to UII.

“UII has examined the reasons for AMRP’s health condition which was the cause of the flight route diversion to the United States and conveyed through AMRP’s explanation in the reply. email,” he explained.

Fathul also expressed his gratitude to all parties who have assisted in tracing and uncovering this case.
