Ahmad Luthfi takes care of the completeness of the documents for the gubernatorial election registration at the Solo District Court

Prospective candidate for Governor (cagub) of Central Java (Jateng) Ahmad Lutfhi has submitted a certificate to the Solo District Court (PN). This file is a requirement for registration for the Central Java 2024 gubernatorial election.

Solo District Court Public Relations Bambang Ariyanto said that apart from Luthfi, the name was Astrid Widayani who had also processed a certificate at the Solo District Court. It is known that Astrid’s name has appeared as a candidate for Deputy Mayor of Solo.

“Yes, Luthfi and Astrid are there. So far, only these two (take care of him),” said Bambang when the media team contacted us, Monday (26/8/2024).

The processing of Ahmad Luthfi’s files was done this morning at around 08.00 WIB via online. Three files are included.

“If Mr. Luthfi takes into account the certificate, he has never been convicted, has no debts, and has not had his voting rights revoked as a candidate for governor. Astrid is a candidate for Deputy factor,” he said.

He said that the application files submitted to the Solo District Court are currently not being processed and analyzed. If documents are required, the applicant will submit them for completion.

Processing this file will take one day if the requirements are complete. Then that person does not need to be present in person because they can apply through the Solo District Court online service.

“That is just the process to verify if the files are complete or not. If they are missing, the relevant party will be notified,” he explained.

This certificate from the PN is one of the requirements to register for Pilkada 2024.

Regarding other names that have not yet processed the information documents, Bambang said that they are usually processed before the applicant registers with the KPU.

“Last year’s experience, mostly last minute. Because I don’t know why the strategy has to be last minute“, he concluded.
