While Justin Levitt, who worked in the White House under Biden as a political adviser on democracy and voting rights, told National Public Radio (NPR), that part of the US criminal code makes money illegal to spend to encourage someone to vote, abstain. the vote, or a vote for a particular candidate.

Levitt believes this law, which has been around for nearly a century, could apply to the new NACA policy.
