A 30-year-old is said to have bought marijuana from an Ahauser only 15 times instead of the alleged 78 times. A fine was not enough for the court. There are reasons for that, the judge said.
In 78 cases, an Ahauser is said to have illegally purchased narcotics from a well-known dealer, and 15 cases were finally proven. The sentence expected from the 63 dropped cases would not be too heavy, said the judge. The representative of the public prosecutor’s office went with him. The result was a suspended sentence. “I hope the parole will make enough of an impression on you to continue on your good path,” the judge said. With regard to the criminal record, the fines have so far failed to have this effect.
