The Association of Farmers and Ranchers in Ecological León (Agrele) will give a free course of Organic Farming in the Center for rural development, training and employment of the city of Sahagún from February 22, according to the group in a statement stating that the region of Tierra de Campos and Sahagún in particular “are known for the excellent quality of their vegetables and legumes”.
Agrele affirms that the course gives the opportunity to both professionals and individuals who wish to optimize production by improving the fertilization system of soils and crops with natural fertilizers that also respect the environment. “During the 50-hour duration of the course we will discuss topics such as fertilization, soils and crops is a training specifically designed to help you learn to improve the production of your crops thanks to the knowledge of the ecological fertilizers that are used throughout the present”, detailing the collective, which affects to be learned “from what are the organic fertilizers to the advantages and disadvantages of the so-called broths microbial, as well as the basic concepts of organic farming and its differentiation from the traditional agriculture.
