An agreement relating to wages was concluded within the framework of the CCN relating to the working conditions of workers and ETAMs in the quarry and materials industries (IDCC 87 et IDCC 135).
This is the agreement of March 22, 2023 which was signed by the employers’ organization UNICEM AuRA; as well as by the employee unions Syndicat BATI MAT TP CFTC, Fédération FG-FO Constrution, Fédération CFE-CGC Section SICMA and Syndicat CFDT Construction Bois. The text sets the guaranteed minimum monthly wages for workers and ETAMs in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in the following departments: Ain, Allier, Ardèche, Cantal, Drôme, Isère, Loire, Haute-Loire, Puy-de-Dôme , Rhône, Savoie and Haute-Savoie.
Concluded for an indefinite period, the amendment comes into force on February 1, 2023.
