On Friday, August 30, Agnieszka Hyży and Maciej Rock made their debut as hosts of the breakfast show “halo tu polsat”. They did really well in the inaugural episode. They asked the guests about the most important issues with interest and joked about situations that took place in the program. The couple has known each other for years, so they could feel at ease with each other.
Agnieszka Hyży and Maciej Rock will appear together on television in two formats this fall. In addition to “halo tu polsat” they will improve the show “Twoja Twarz Brzmi Znajomo”. For the presenter, it will be a debut in such a role.

Agnieszka Hyży’s career is gaining even more momentum this year. As a result, the sought-after journalist is appearing in the media more and more often. She recently gave an interview on the Żurnalista podcast. At some point in the conversation, the topic turned to her first media relationship. Let us recall that the journalist was in a relationship with actor Marcin Mroczek in 2004-2008, whom she met on the set of the program “Ciao Darwin”.
As it turns out, however, it was not love that caused Hyży to move permanently to Warsaw.
“I had already started working in television and I couldn’t manage to combine travelling non-stop to filming. Travelling from Katowice to Warsaw was some kind of abstraction,” Agnieszka corrected the gossip.
The relationship with Mroczek, although it lasted several years, from the perspective of an experienced journalist was “teenage love”. The couple, despite circulating rumors, were not engaged.
“We weren’t engaged! I was engaged twice in my life: once to my first husband, the second time to my second husband,” Hyży said.
Immediately afterwards, Agnieszka revealed how, years later, she recalled her relationship with the then-famous actor.
“We were kids. When we split up, I was 20 or 21. I was a kid, let’s face it. (…) My parents supported me then. I would get a transfer from my parents – I remember it like it was yesterday – it was 750 zlotys, which I had to support myself with in Warsaw.”
As it turns out, the youthful love of Agnieszka Hyży and Marcin Mroczek, although beautiful, was also immature.
Both the host of “halo tu polsat” and the actor found happiness with other partners. Now both are fulfilled in their professional and family lives.
