Aggressive Young Rider because of Marc Marquez? Quartararo Says This

Jakarta

The tragedy of the death of Supersport 300 World Championship (WorldSSP300) rider, Dean Berta Vinales, has led to negative accusations against Marc Marquez. Fabio Quartararo defends Marquez.

A veil of mourning shrouded the world of two-wheeled racing after Dean Berta Vinales, who was a cousin of MotoGP rider Maverick Vinales, died after crashing during a race at Jerez last weekend.

According to reports, the incident on the track at that time involved four other drivers namely Alejandro Carrion, Daniel Mogeda, Harry Khouri and Yeray Ruiz.

The riders involved in the incident then received treatment. But the life of Berta Vinales could not be saved. He died at the age of just 15 years.

Name Marc Marquez then dragged along with accusations from Michel Fabrizio. The Supersport World Championship (WSBB) rider said Marquez’s aggressive racing style had a bad influence and was imitated by young riders.

“Marc has become a reference point: young riders imitate his actions, too many overtaking maneuvers by pushing to the threshold, leaning towards the opponent to get an inch of space,” said Fabrizio some time ago.

Ahead of the Austin MotoGP in America, Fabio Quartararo was asked for his opinion on this matter. The leader of the 2021 MotoGP standings temporarily defends Marc Marquez. According to him, Fabrizio’s words do not need to be bothered.

“I don’t know the exact situation, Pecco (Bagnaia) just explained it to me. But I agree that there is no need to comment too much on such words.”

Marc has been the best rider in recent years and it’s only natural that young riders pay attention to him,” said Quartararo as reported by Motosan.
