Aggression against the mayor of Bron: “Justice must follow and be exemplary”, reacts Aurore Bergé

Aurore Bergé, was the guest of Gérard Leclerc in La Matinale de CNEWS Thursday, February 25. The deputy president of the LREM group at the National Assembly reacted to the attack suffered the day before by the mayor of Bron, in the Lyon metropolis.

Insulted and threatened while he was traveling in one of the two priority districts of the city, the mayor Les Républicains was physically threatened and insulted. His car was damaged.

Questioned by Gérard Leclerc, the deputy president of the LREM group at the National Assembly, strongly condemned this aggression and calls for a criminal response commensurate with the facts. “Justice must follow and be exemplary each time it is elected officials, law enforcement, firefighters who are attacked.”
