This Monday, August 16, 2021, at the beginning of the afternoon, in the town of Thivars (Eure-et-Loir), an accident occurred between a car and a heavy goods vehicle.
The emergency services intervened quickly, 12 firefighters from Chartres and Lucé as well as a team from Samu accompanied by a helicopter came to the aid of the two seriously injured drivers. The 83-year-old man was transported to CH Chartres while the 85-year-old woman was transferred by helicopter to Percy hospital in Clamart (Hauts-de-Seine).
A diversion had been put in place.
