Many would be happy if the latest installment of the popular RTS series would also visit consoles.

Relic Entertainment brought us that late last fall Age of Empires IV which is currently only available for PC (Steam, Microsoft Store) and can even be tested for Game Pass subscribers. While many would like the program to be available on a console, there is still no official information on whether the Xbox release is coming, but it is possible that we have now received a reference to this. The Aggiornamenti Lumia Twitter page, which is constantly monitoring the Microsoft Store, noticed last weekend that an application codenamed Cardinal, which is essentially the code name for the game, was available for internal testing (for developers). Of course, this doesn’t mean anything worthwhile yet, but it could be an indication that something is being made in the background.
