Against Konstantopoulou – Tasoula: Bring the Spartans out of the window –

An intense confrontation prevailed at the Conference of the Presidents of the Parliament where Michalis Hourdakis appeared as a representative of the independent MPs.

The president of Freedom of Navigation, Zoe Konstantopoulou, accused the Speaker of the Parliament, Costas Tasoulas, and the majority “with the help of sycophants”, as she characteristically told the parliamentary editors, of trying to bring the independent Spartans represented at the Conference through the window with “underground methods”. of Presidents by changing its composition from which critical majorities emerge (such as for the nomination of the members of the independent authorities).

Pyra Konstantopoulou: “You caress the extreme right”

Mrs. Konstantopoulou accused the majority and the Speaker of the Parliament of “stroking the extreme right” while she spoke of “clear alisberisi”, “mutual favors” and an attempt to create “a crutch for a government that deletes its members and collapses”.

For his part, Mr. Tasoulas countered the arguments of the president of Freedom of Navigation citing the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament and article 13 which provides that the Conference is composed of, among others, “an independent Member of Parliament, as a representative of the independents, since the number of these is at least five (5)”.

He also presented eight letters to him from independent MPs who propose Mr. Hourdakis as their representative at the Conference (Salmas, Linou, Papaioannou, Hourdakis and the former Spartans Dimitrokallis, Manousos, Valtogiannis and Floros).

It is noted that with the appointment of Mr. Khourdakis, who will have the right to vote at the Conference, as Mr. Tasoulas clarifies, the correlations between the majority and the opposition are equal: 14+14. Which means that the President of the Parliament will nominate an additional member from the ND in order to obtain a majority.

According to him, the noise on behalf of Freedom of Navigation is based on the fact that if they form their own K.O. (10 MPs are required out of the total of 14 independents), which is their next step, their representative – and deleted from the Freedom Movement, Mr. Khourdakis – will speak before Mrs. Konstantopoulou in the discussions at the level of political leaders.

For her part, the president of Plefsis Eleftherias commented that her former MP “two months after his election was giving a line in support of ND”. “I deleted him. He wants to have a small desk to pretend to be the President”, he said characteristically.
