For the second night in a row it is very restless in the Brussels district of the Marolles. In the vicinity of Nieuwland, the situation escalated on Saturday evening at around 9.30 pm after the police were called up for an incident involving about 30 young people.

A number of young people had smashed the windows of a nursery in the Marolles. Then the police arrived and things got out of hand. The youth set fire to trash cans and vehicles and when the fire brigade arrived, they were thrown a Molotov cocktail. Meanwhile, the small fires have been extinguished.
Yesterday it was also restless in the neighborhood, when 4 people were arrested in various incidents. (dbg / rdb)
