PHOENIX, KOMPAS.com – A teenage girl died and eight others were injured after a shooting at a mall near 10th Avenue and Hatcher last night, according to Phoenix police, state of Arizona, US.
Reported Fox10at that time, about 100 people reportedly gathered for some kind of party.
Police said a fight broke out between several groups just after 01.00 on Saturday (4/6/2022).

The fights escalated into a series of shootings inside the building, in the parking lot, and on the street.
“Many bullets were fired into the crowd as they fled the area,” police said.
The unidentified 14-year-old succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
Two women in life-threatening condition and five men and a teenage boy were also shot but are thought to be fine.
The shooter has not been arrested, and so far no description of the suspect has been given.

“I’m close. I heard it. Sad, but young people, wake up guys,” said Theresa Juan, a Phoenix resident.
“I saw kids running and asking me to hide, it was real. I told them the police were there and it was okay to come out. They were young. Young girls,” she added.

Police said there was no sign of a break-in or trespass when someone pulled out a gun and started shooting.
