KUWAIT CITY – National Team Coach (Indonesian National team, Shin Tae-yong again carried out an odd substitution strategy when the Garuda squad won 2-1 over the Kuwaiti national team in the inaugural match of Group A of the 2023 Asian Cup Qualification.
