Aftermath of the storm | Cuyo’s diary

Mr. Principal:

Every time it rains in the province, an endless series of deficiencies in the province come to light. Floods, lack of an effective rainwater system and, of course, the streets paved with poor quality material. Thus, in all the departments of Greater San Juan, that is: Capital, Rawson, Rivadavia, Chimbas and Santa Lucía, you can see potholes, wells, ditches, cracks and all kinds of breaks in streets and avenues. All this as a consequence of the poor quality of the asphalt laid out on the streets in works that are generally carried out during the election campaign year. It really is imperative that every citizen who comes to public office works with the greatest possible honesty to provide a service to the people who voted them and led them to places of power. Therefore, we San Juan people ask you to solve as soon as possible all these difficulties that arise every time a storm occurs in the province.
