With more than two billion monthly active users, Whatsapp is the world’s most used messenger. The success may prove the manufacturer Meta/Facebook right in many respects, but that doesn’t mean that everyone is satisfied with everything that makes Whatsapp so special. The provider now apparently wants to clear up a point of criticism that has been raised again and again for years.
