Qaani participated in the ceremony to receive the body of the prominent leader of the Revolutionary Guard, Major General Abbas Nilforshan, who was killed along with Nasrallah, according to Iran’s official news agency.

An adviser to the head of the Revolutionary Guards, Brigadier General Ibrahim Jabbari, and other Iranian officials previously said that Qaani “is enjoying good health and will receive a Victory Medal” from Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei.
Nilforshan’s body arrived in Tehran from Iraq, where he will be buried on Tuesday in his hometown of Isfahan, after his funeral in Karbala and Najaf in Iraq, according to IRNA.
