León, Gto – Dr. Sara García Salinas, head of the strategy for vaccination of the Sars Cov2 virus, commented that after experiencing moments of intensity, fatigue and sacrifice for two years, there is a light that the pandemic it has an end.
He added that now that Guanajuato has vaccinated more than half a million children and adolescents, they are proud to be able to fight the pandemic with the vaccination strategy that has been implemented.
As part of the Doctor’s Day, which is commemorated every 23 October, Dr. Sara García, a specialist in the pediatric sector, received recognition for her career and work during this pandemic.
Sara García said the vaccination job was not easy because they work with the federal government health area and also with the National Guard.
He added that one of the most difficult tasks was to carry out the distribution of vaccines in all the municipalities, in the areas where many of them are located.
However. now that even this sector of the population is already protected, there is already the light that at some point this pandemic will end.
“The first day we received the vaccine in the state we delivered it to health professionals, that day I will never forget, your skin is standing on end … knowing that the long-awaited vaccine has finally arrived and being your part of that story and this responsibility that my bosses have entrusted to me is wonderful, ”he said.
The doctor said that this virus would have no possible end if the medical staff had not been so busy in their work, if they had not invested so much time and specialized attention so that this battle is about to end.
